Applies to all products and services.
General: these terms & conditions govern all purchases and interactions with Wicks and Craft. These terms apply in addition to any specific terms, policies or waivers issued by Wicks and Craft.

Final Sales: due to the handcrafted and consumable nature of our products all sales are final. Burned or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt with photo documentation. wicksandcraft 15@yahoo.com.

product use and safety: all products must be used according to the specifications Provided. Wicks and Craft is not responsible for misuse, improper burning, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Candle care cards are provided with purchase.

Intellectual property: All scent names, signage , and branding are intellectual property of Wicks and Craft unauthorized use or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability Wicks and Craft shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Wicks and Craft shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or failure to perform due but not limited to limits of God, severe weather, public health emergencies, government mandates. In such case a store credit may be issued at management discretion but is not guaranteed.

Governing Laws

these terms and conditions are governed by the state of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusion jurisdiction of the courts located Pasco County, Florida.
