The Scented Journey — Candle Terms & Conditions

Candle Safety:

• Always burn candles within sight and away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep the wick trimmed to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.

• Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Stop burning when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.

• Allow the container to cool completely before handling.

Products & Fragrance:

Our candles and wax products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, appearance, frosting, or scent intensity may occur. These are normal characteristics of handmade candles and do not affect performance.

Orders & Processing:

Orders are made with care and may require processing time before shipping or pickup. Processing and delivery times may vary.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of handmade and fragranced products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us promptly with photos of any damaged item.

Allergies & Sensitivities:

Customers are responsible for reviewing fragrance and ingredient information and determining whether a product is appropriate for them. Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

Liability:

The Scented Journey is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.
