1. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All items in my store are handmade, created with care and intention. Because of this:

• slight variations may occur
• Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting or screens
• Each piece is unique

Handmade means no two items will ever be exactly alike — and that is part of their charm.

2. Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared. Handmade items take time, and I want each piece to be crafted with attention and care.

3. Shipping

I ship through standard USPS unless otherwise noted. Once shipped:

• Delivery times may vary
• Delays caused by USPS are outside my control
• Tracking information will be provided when available

Refund Abuse Policy

Shays_Creations reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds, reports false damages, or engages in refund abuse. All future orders from such customers will be considered final sale.
