RPT Designs – Terms & Conditions

Processing Time:

All items are handcrafted in Michigan.

Typical processing time: 3–5 business days for standard items.

Custom or personalized pieces may require additional time depending on complexity.

Shipping:

Orders ship via USPS, UPS of FedEx with tracking included.

Shipping times vary by location.

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because each item is handcrafted, returns and exchanges are accepted only for:

• Items damaged during shipping

• Incorrect or defective items

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Cancellations:

Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

After work has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Custom Orders:

Custom requests are welcome.

Once design details are approved, production begins and changes may not be possible.

Handcrafted Variation:

Each piece is made from real, reclaimed materials.

Variations in grain, texture, and color are natural and part of the character of the item.

Local Pickup:

Available upon request in Burtchville, Michigan.

Pickup details will be arranged after purchase.
