Handmade and Personalized Items

Jewelry of Hope Gifts offers handmade, made-to-order, and personalized jewelry. Because each item is individually created, minor variations in metal tone, spacing, alignment, texture, and stamping may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details—including names, dates, spelling, punctuation, and requested wording—before submitting an order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment must be received and approved before an order enters production.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when information is inaccurate, fraudulent activity is suspected, a product is unavailable, or a pricing error occurs. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a refund will be issued.

Processing and Shipping

Custom orders generally require approximately 24–48 hours of processing time, depending on order quantity and current demand. Processing time does not include carrier shipping time.

We will communicate if an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe. For online orders, federal rules generally require sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines; if a delay occurs, customers must be offered the option to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund.ftc+1

Jewelry of Hope Gifts is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier once an order has been accepted for shipment. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Cancellations and Changes

Because personalized pieces may enter production quickly, cancellation requests or order changes must be submitted as soon as possible. Once a custom or personalized item has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many items, personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order products are generally final sale unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jewelryofhopegifts.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Product Care

Our current jewelry pieces are created in aluminum metal unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Customers should follow the care instructions provided with their order. Jewelry of Hope Gifts is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, improper care, exposure to chemicals or water, or misuse.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, photographs, logos, text, and branding associated with Jewelry of Hope Gifts are owned by or used with permission by Jewelry of Hope Gifts. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jewelry of Hope Gifts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
