📦 ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING, & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing

• All finished items are handmade by me.
• Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays!) unless otherwise noted.
• Please review order details carefully before completing your purchase as orders begin processing shortly after they are placed!

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be made before an item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Custom Orders

• Custom or personalized orders may only be canceled prior to the start of production.
• Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
• If you need to request a cancellation for a custom order, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order.

Packaging

Orders are packaged in a recyclable shipping envelope or box whenever possible.

Shipping Method

If free shipping is offered, it will be via USPS Ground for the most economical rate. All shipments include tracking and insurance for added peace of mind. Delivery times vary based on location and are determined by USPS once your package is in transit.

International Shipping

• I ship to select international destinations. If you have difficulty placing an order to your international address, please contact me.
• Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, tariffs, or other international charges that may be assessed by your country’s customs authority.
  • These fees are not included in the price of the item or shipping and must be covered by the person receiving the shipment.
• Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays, and such delays are outside my control.
• I cannot predict or guarantee whether your country will assess customs fees, nor am I able to mark packages as “gift” or adjust customs values.

Return‑to‑Sender (RTS) Shipments (U.S. & International Orders)

If a package is returned to me because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable due to the address provided, or if the package was returned or refused by customs for any reason outside of my control, it will be processed as follows:

 

• Once the returned package is received back in my hands, I will issue a refund for the cost of the item only.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable, as shipping services are considered used once a package is mailed.
• Exception: If your country requires a broader refund (such as under certain EU consumer‑protection rules), I will comply with the regulations applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Note: While I do add insurance to packages when shipping, that insurance generally does not cover packages returned due to the RTS reasons above.

🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES

Because all items are handmade or made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted except circumstances where they are required by law. That said, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to me—I want to make sure you’re taken care of.

Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging as you received it. All shipments include tracking and insurance, and I’m happy to assist with filing an insurance claim if needed.
• I cannot guarantee reimbursement for damaged packages as those decisions are made by the carrier or insurance provider.

Exceptions

• In rare cases where I authorize a return, the item must be returned in its original condition.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Refunds will be issued only after the item is received and inspected.

🔒 PRIVACY POLICY

Types of Data Collected

• When you place an order through my shop or contact me with a question or customization request, I receive the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. This may include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and any comments or messages you choose to provide.
• Payments are processed securely through 3rd party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). I do not have access to your full payment details.

How Your Information Is Used & Shared

• I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• I may use your personal information for purposes related to fulfilling your order and providing customer service. This may include sharing information with:
  • Shipping providers (such as USPS) to deliver your purchase
  • Third‑party service providers involved in payment processing or shop operations
  • These third parties are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services related to your order.

I may also disclose personal information when I believe it is necessary to:

• Communicate with you about your order
• Assist with a product recall or shipping insurance claim
• Detect or protect against fraud, theft, or security issues
• Comply with legal obligations or protect my legal rights

You may receive automated emails pertaining to those listed below; you can opt to unsubscribe from these emails if you wish not to receive them.

Data Retention & Security

• I retain order and transaction records for up to 7 years as required for tax and business purposes.
• Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

Products & Handmade Nature

• All items are handmade or made to order. I make every effort to use the same materials, beads, and components shown in product photos whenever possible. However, some variation may be required due to availability and is considered part of the handmade nature of each piece.
• If a material substitution would significantly impact the overall design, I will contact the buyer prior to shipment to discuss options.
• Product photos are intended to represent items as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen or lighting.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and insurance coverage are detailed in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Once an order is in transit, I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, but I am happy to assist with tracking or insurance claims when needed.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and/or made‑to‑order nature of items, returns and refunds are not accepted unless expressly required by law.
• Please refer to the Returns & Issues Policy for details regarding order issues or rare exceptions.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, and content in this shop are the property of the shop owner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

This shop is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of purchased items beyond the original purchase price.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes and is never sold.
