Custom orders may require up to 10 business days for processing, depending on the complexity of the design, the number of pieces ordered, and the time needed to finalize your design.
If your custom order requires special-order materials, please allow approximately 12–15 business days before dispatch. Intricate custom designs or larger multi-piece orders may require a little additional time to ensure every detail is just right. I'll keep you informed throughout the process.
Processing times do not include carrier transit times after your order has shipped. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen carrier delays.
Refund Policy
Some designs are in stock, while others are made to order and recreated as faithfully as possible to the original design shown in the listing photos. In addition, some pieces are truly one of a kind.
Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations from the original listing photos may occur and are part of the unique character of handmade jewelry. Such natural variations are not considered defects.
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. Once the damage has been verified, please return the item so it can be repaired or replaced. Return shipping for items damaged during transit will be covered by me.
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If a package is determined to be lost in transit and tracking does not show delivery after a reasonable amount of time, a replacement or refund will be provided.
