Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., personalized charcuterie boards, wind spinners) are non-refundable once production begins, as they're crafted uniquely for you.

Refunds cover the item price only; original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund
