We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., personalized charcuterie boards, wind spinners) are non-refundable once production begins, as they're crafted uniquely for you.

Refunds cover the item price only; original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 14 days of delivery via email or site messaging with your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return.

We'll provide a return shipping label or instructions—ship back within 7 days of approval.
